Compassion Kids
It all starts with us!
We would love to see you and your family visit Compassion Kids.
At Compassion Kids we want every child to have a Safe, Fun, and Intentional time. The safety of our children at Compassion is our number one priority. All volunteers pass background checks and complete interviews. We use a security tag check in system for child check in and drop off to insure the child goes home with the correct adult. We want your child to have a fun time as they learn about Gods truths and applying it to their daily lives. We want to be intentional about what we teach and make sure your child is learning about Biblical truths and not water it down with fluff.
Wiggle
Birth Through 2 Years
We count it as a great privilege to get to love on and minister to your babies. We want our nursery to be a place that will make you and your baby feel the love of Jesus. Every Sunday we enjoy singing, playing, reading, rocking and teaching about Jesus.
Giggle and Squiggle
2 Years through 6 Years
We believe that the early childhood years are very important in a child’s spiritual development. We seek to harbor that development through play, reading, songs, and social opportunities. We strive for each little one to feel the love of Jesus when they come to class.
Elementary
Kindergarten Through 5th Grade
We believe these are crucial years in the development of your childs spiritual development and we seek to make it a place to go to grow that development. We want to be a place where they can make friends and hear about Gods truth in fun and interesting ways that they can relate to. Kids can ask questions and dive deeper with learning new biblical principles.
Your First Visit
First, find the area marked for first-time families. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child’s name
- Child’s birthdate
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
How Check-in Works
Before Service: You can check in your child at any available kiosk. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
